Words From the C.E.O.
Tom Blandford
President/CEO
Transitioning from military to civilian technology in the early nineties, Tom led the team responsible for establishing the system infrastructure to support wireless messaging across the mid-Atlantic and Southwestern portions of the U.S. From there he saw the future of corporate connectivity and decided to immerse himself in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
As an avid scuba diver, Tom is drawn to the wonders of the ocean and experiencing life in unfamiliar territory through his camera lens. Just like every new dive commands a focused, individualized approach, Tom understands each new eTrepid partnership brings a unique set of circumstances that need to be addressed with attention to detail.
eTrepid was established on March 2, 2010 and as the company grew, it established itself as a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution provider, Tom dedicated himself to building a foundation of skilled IT professionals who placed customer care and satisfaction as priority number one. From day one, each new member of eTrepid gets indoctrinated into eTrepid’s journey to consistently deliver best-in-class solutions the eTrepid way.
"We begin with the end in mind. A careful selection process starts in-house by who we knight at our roundtable and continues with every partner or customer we invite to join us," Tom is proud to report. He goes on to explain, "When people think of IT, they routinely think of switches and routers, but we exist for the secure and consistent technology [technological] experience of our end-users and helping their organizations succeed."
